• Russia - Incubator Program Specialist for Strategy and Planning – Appointed through ACDI.VOCA in Washington D.C. to the 5-person team to Represent the United States of America in Russia to establish the first entrepreneurial business incubator program and contribute to the recovery of the Russian economy.
